Viña Cantosán NV Método Tradicional Brut Sparkling (Rueda)

Briney and cidery smelling, with a heavy, disjointed, cloying palate. Herbal and grassy on the finish, with a sweet, green aftertaste offset by some bitterness. Verdejo is the grape, and that's not common. Michael Schachner
