Viña Leyda 2003 Estación Sauvignon Blanc (Chile)

Pungent and fresh, with grapefruit on the nose. This represents Viña Leyda's first Sauvignon Blanc, and it's pretty good. Flavors of melon, pineapple and tarragon get lean in the center, but overall there's enough fruit and zest to keep it on the proper track. Michael Schachner
