Viña Pérez Cruz 2004 Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon (Maipo Valley)

Strong on the bouquet, which opens with a blast of oak, berries and black licorice. The palate features bold plum and cherry, and it is ripe enough to suggest raisins. Finishes smooth, with another shot of anise. Enjoyable, with soft tannins. Michael Schachner
