Viña Requingua 2004 Puerto Viejo Chardonnay (Curicó Valley)

Pineapple, pear and applesauce aromas are more encouraging that what follows. The palate is simply too oaky and cloying. What you get in the end is a sticky product with overly powerful vanilla and caramel candy notes. Michael Schachner
