Rich and sweet smelling right from the start, with mocha, shoe polish and charred aromas. The wine is ripe to the point of being sticky, while the flavors are naturally herbal, with olive, berry and earth notes. Shows good balance, feel and nerve. A new and worthy Carmenère to keep an eye on.
