Viña Tarapacá 2017 Gran Reserva Carmenère (Maipo Valley)

Savory plum and berry aromas are stewed and a bit soupy. This is plump but also shocked with tartaric acidity. Grapy flavors are chocolaty but neither deep nor complex, while this finishes short and with grating tannins. Michael Schachner
