Coffee, vanilla and dried-cheese aromas turn charred and toasty with airing. On the palate, it's generous but a little rough, with lemony oak, clove, black fruit and resiny flavors. Oak, clacky tannins and herbal shadings control the finish. Drink from 2013–2017.
