This is an uncommon high-elevation white from relatively old vines, some of which are still planted on St. George rootstock. It provides plenty of tension, length and complexity, unfurling slowly and with structure to show aromatic intensity of white flower and jasmine. On the palate it shines in honeycomb, lime and crème brûlée. This should be aged further; enjoy best from 2027 through 2030. Virginie Boone
