Vinha Paz 2011 Reserva Red (Dão)

Cellar Selection

This is Dão at its best. It's a powerful wine, embedded in the hard granite of the region with its dark, brooding tannins and solid structure, with a touch of chocolate in the background. Dominated by Touriga Nacional, juicy but very firm, it wears its long wood aging easily. The wine is already integrated, but should be aged for several years. Drink from 2017. Roger Voss
