Vinos Magbel 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (Valle de Guadalupe)

Initially hard, rooty aromas of leather and horsehide transition to cassis, raspberry and plum if given time. The palate on this is a bit rough and tannic, but there's also solid berry fruit and a moderately baked finish with a rubbery feel to give it character. Michael Schachner
