This acacia-aged, cofermented blend of 15 grape varieties tastes like no other. It bewitches, from its candied persimmon and sweet vernal-grass aromas to flavors like olive-oil cake and cilantro. Its slippery texture and elevated acidity are a nice bonus. It is a superb orange wine. Michael Alberty
