Vinum has shaken up 100% Clarksburg-area Chenin Blanc in this fun bottling, which is both bubbly and Cava-like in its smoothness and light aromatics. Balanced with a dry finish, though it contains 12 g/L of residual sugar, the tropical honey notes of this wine are very enjoyable, its acidity ready for goat cheese or seafood.
