This serious Malbec comes with 15% Cabernet in the mix, and that bit of Cab offers just the boost the wine needs. It's sincerely jammy and grapey, but there's also depth and layers to the black fruit. Tannins, licorice and vanilla all come on late. As the name implies, this has a lot of the character you'd expect from a so-called special selection.
