Viu Manent 2003 Oak Aged Reserve Carmenère (Colchagua Valley)

Stewed and heavy, with bulky fruit that mixes in hints of green. Slightly volatile on the nose, with a round, meaty mouthfeel. Probably not this winery's best effort, yet still it has some richness, sweetness and commendable flavors. Imported by GWFC-Gourmet Wine & Food Co. Michael Schachner
