This slightly evolved Garnacha Blanca is maderized in color and oxidized on the nose, and to a fairly high extent. In the mouth, it's showing a good pulse as the acidity doesn't falter. Flavors of nutty apple and vanilla lead to a finish with walnut notes and more vanilla. Time to drink up!
