Crunchy yellow peach and lemon juxtapose piquant notes of spice and dusty mineral in this rich, rippling dry wine. It's full bodied and intensely concentrated but balanced by zesty lime acidity and a cooling mineral edge. Likely best enjoyed from 2022, but it should improve through 2030 and hold much longer.
