Von Othegraven 2000 Kanzemer Berg Brut Sekt Sparkling (Mosel-Saar-Ruwer)

An interesting sparkler, one that tastes like aged Riesling with a soft, creamy mousse. Sound excellent? It is, but the layers of toast and yeast piled on top don't fully mesh with the rest of the wine, making it merely good. Joe Czerwinski
