This wine was 20% barrel fermented with the rest in stainless steel. The aromas bring appealing notes of green apple, white pepper and herb. The palate is dry and sleek but still rounded in feel. This is as impressive an example of the variety that has come out of the state to date. Put it on the dinner table to see it at its best.
