Walla Walla Vintners 2018 Sagemoor Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Columbia Valley (WA))

Editors' Choice

Fruit for this wine comes from 1972 plantings at Bacchus in the newly approved White Bluffs appellation. The aromas bring a classic Cabernet Sauvignon profile of scorched earth, dried herbs, black raspberry and dark cherry, showing purity. The palate gives range and sophistication, with a creamy feel to the dark-fruit flavors. Sean P. Sullivan
