Though rather high in residual sugar (4.4%), this Riesling balances it against generous acidity. The wine strikes a dynamic tension, with white peach fruit played out against mineral flavors of wet stone and some citrus rind. Good, clean, balanced, moderately long and ultimately not too sweet for main courses.
