This is Watermill's five-grape, Bordeaux-style blend, built upon a solid foundation of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon. All the fruit is estate-grown, and the blend is smooth and well-integrated. The tightly packed, cassis fruit is framed with peppery tannins, and the wine has good definition and moderate length.
