A little bit softer on the nose than the winery's appellation blend, this shows cola, candied purple fruit and cinnamon on the nose. The palate focuses on tight cherry and wild berries, made tart with black cherry and plum skins. It manages to show a great deal of balanced restraint for rather ripe fruit.
