Delicate notes of pollen, sun-baked clay and smoke are enriched by honey and sun-kissed melons in this zippy medium-sweet Riesling. Ripe yellow plum and nectarine flavors are penetrating but pristine, refreshed by a bite of zesty green apple and lingering lime and lemon notes. Welcoming already, it should improve through 2030 and hold further. Anna Lee C. Iijima
