Wellington 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon (Sonoma Valley)

Aromas of blackcurrants and smoky oak, with an attractive note of cured French olives. In the mouth, there's ripe blackberry fruit. The tannins are strong, and acidity is soft and low. It's not an ager.
