Wellington 2003 Mohrhardt Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon (Sonoma County)

Here's a wine with the polished features of a nice Saint-Julien. Opens with refined aromas of cedar and cassis, then turns complex in the mouth, with cherry, raspberry, spice and oak flavors. Feels too soft for cellaring, though.
