Wente 2012 Small Lot Orange Muscat (Livermore Valley)

This wine could be served as an apéritif, digestif or dessert, alongside a bowl of vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries and peaches. Wildly fragrant aromas of orange blossom and ripe peach make it just the right match. It's gorgeous, light and semidry, with acidity that lingers through the midpalate. Virginie Boone
