Westwood 2017 Legend Red (Sonoma Valley)

Cellar Selection

This combines 46% Cabernet Sauvignon with 25% Syrah, 19% Mourvèdre and 10% Grenache. From the producer's estate, it is tangy, bold and savory, with elements of crushed rock, oak, black pepper and dried herb. Sizable tannins wrap around rich layers of currant, strawberry and cassis. This could do with some time in the cellar; enjoy best from 2025–2027. Virginie Boone
