White Oak 2012 Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

This is a good Pinot for drinking now. The red cherry pie, pomegranate and mushroom flavors are complex, and the mouthfeel is silky. With brisk acidity, it will be lovely with roasted salmon, but give it some time in a decanter to breathe.
