From the Cougar Hills vineyard, this soft, fruity Viognier is done in a Chardonnay style. The fruit is tropical and broad, and there is a strong toasty, nutty finish to it, from the aging in new French oak. It's a friendly, approachable style, though not necessarily one that showcases the unique qualities of Viognier.
