Wild Horse 2010 Cheval Sauvage Pinot Noir (Santa Maria Valley)

Tastes heavy and soft, with syrupy black cherry and brown sugar flavors. There's some wintergreen in there, too, that provides a jarringly tart note. Doesn't seem like an ager, so drink up.
