WildAire 2019 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot Noir (Yamhill County)

This wine does justice to a top Yamhill-Carlton AVA vineyard. It begins with aromas of orange blossoms, roasted pork shoulder, violets and blackberry compote. The palate is smooth and easy, with modest tannins and brisk acidity. The flavors include more blackberries to go along with traces of blueberry, beeswax, Madagascar vanilla and pie crust.
