This is one of the finest examples of Oregon Pinot Blanc that I have had the pleasure of tasting. The barrel-fermented wine manages to offer up both a bit of body and incredibly vibrant acidity. Aromas of orange zest and white peach unite with earthier scents such as white tea and spearmint. Tart fruit flavors include quince and not-quite-ripe blood orange, with a trace of burnt sugar.
