A new venture is this estate-grown, concrete-aged single-vineyard wine from the newly minted Tualatin Hills AVA (not yet indicated on the label). It skirts the edges of the grassy-herbal style of the grape, while pulling in tart apple, grapefruit and Key lime flavors. It's juicy and vibrant, with just the right balance of fruit and acid.
