William Chris 2017 Pétillant Naturel Rosé Sparkling (Texas)

The cloudy appearance of this Texas pét-nat looks just like watermelon juice. It displays aromas of pink grapefruit, fresh strawberry, white lily and hay. The palate is carried by fine, spritzy bubbles that offer flavors of lime juice, white flowers, watermelon and hints of green strawberry and more pink grapefruit. Tart cherry and lime peel are tinged with saline on the finish. Fiona Adams
