William Heritage 2019 Pét Nat Rosé Sparkling (Outer Coastal Plain)

This is a gorgeous peach-pink color in the glass. The nose smells of ripe strawberry dusted in powder sugar and peach. This a bit foamy on the palate, with watermelon, golden strawberry and lemon juice flavors combining with yellow cherry and calamansi on the finish. This is juicy and fun, packed with bouncy, charming acidity. Fiona Adams
