Williams Selyem 2001 Vista Verde Vineyard Pinot Noir (San Benito County)

From a cool area, a lovely, intricately detailed wine. It has lots of cherry, cola, herb and coffee notes, and is very dry. Complex and elegant, this wine turns tannic on the finish, and should age well through the decade.
