Williams Selyem 2005 Peay Vineyard Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Cellar Selection

Some ageable Pinots are drinkable on release, but not this one. You could decant it for hours, but it's still going to be a fairly tough, tight wine in its youth. Fresh in primary fruit flavors, such as black raspberries, cherries and red plums, it has overtones of coffee, cola, rosehip tea and pomegranates. Best 2009–2015.
