Williams Selyem 2008 Weir Vineyard Pinot Noir (Yorkville Highlands)

Cellar Selection

A great Weir from Williams Selyem, showing a complex balance on the warm-cool-climate spectrum. It's very ripe in blackberries and cherries, but crisp in acidity, firm in tannins, and totally dry. Balanced and delicious but young, this wine will benefit from six years in a proper cellar.
