Williams Selyem 2011 Coastlands Vineyard Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Cellar Selection

Is this Pinot so delicious now you should drink it right away? Or is it deceptively ageable? Both. It's luscious, with ripe raspberry, cola, spice, mushroom and sandalwood flavors that will be gorgeous with steak. But the tannins and acid are so structured, the wine will gracefully age through the next dozen years, increasing in complexity.
