A lovely and light aroma of faint honeysuckle rises enticingly from the glass. The spiciness and florality of that same blossom also appear on the palate where they are joined by pear and wet earth notes. This is light and just a little fruity but with ample freshness—an easy but subtle and refreshing classic Alsace blend.
