Wilson 1999 Sydney Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Dry Creek Valley)

The blackberry and plum flavors ride next to earthier ones of tobacco and dried herbs, with strong, gritty but balanced tannins. Very dry and a bit rugged, but showing integrity. Drink with roasted meats.
