Winderlea 2015 Winderlea Imprint Pinot Noir (Dundee Hills)

This cuvée underwent 100% whole cluster fermentation using natural yeast and spent 16 months in French oak, just 10% new. It's compact and a bit subdued, as though the flavors are in hiding. Tart raspberry fruit shows through, with a suggestion of wet cement. Give it ample aeration or tuck it away for a couple more years. Paul Gregutt
