Winter's Hill 2012 Pinot Noir (Dundee Hills)

Upon opening, this wine reveals strong scents of bourbon barrel that punch through to the top, giving it a high-toned presence with buried fruit. Aerate it thoroughly and the black cherry and cola components fall into place, with the new oak accents back in proportion. Paul Gregutt
