Winter's Hill 2018 Block 9 Pommard Pinot Noir (Dundee Hills)

This tightens its flavor focus, being both a select block and a single clone. The strawberry fruit has an earthy note, with a light hint of compost. The flavors expand broadly across the palate before heading down and through. The finish turns bitter, with suggestions of hard rubber and coffee grounds. Paul Gregutt
