Elegance in a nutshell, the Wölffer Classic White smells subtly of honeyed lemons and pears, touched with a hint of lanolin. Dry and full bodied with a mouth-quenching grapefruit palate, it's accented by minerality and brisk lemon-lime acidity. The finish is quite long and ends on a pleasantly bitter lime pith note.
