Yao Ming 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley)

This fabulous Cabernet has been blended with Merlot, Cab Franc and Petit Verdot. It's incredibly complex in both flavor and structure, offering waves of blackberries and cherries, currants, dark chocolate and toast that go on and on into a long, spicy finish. The grapes come from various sources, including St. Helena and Atlas Peak, showing winemaker Tom Hinde's mastery of the art of blending.
