Yarrabank is Yering Station's sparkling-wine project, turning out a credible product that this vintage is a blend of 68% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Noir. It boasts plenty of bright citrusy flavors, mixed with hints of apple and mineral. Despite four years on the yeasts, it doesn't show a lot of toasty, autolytic character. Joe Czerwinski
