Yellow Tail 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz (South Eastern Australia)

Straight out of the bottle, without air, the Tail shows some restraint. After a few minutes, sweet cotton candy and caramel aromas emerge. In the mouth, the wine starts out tasting like juicy berries and cinnamon, but morphs rather rapidly into cherry Slurpee.
