Yellow Tail NV Sauvignon Blanc (Australia)

This is a ripe, synthetic wine that emulates the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc style with its pungent citrus, pineapple, green-bell-pepper and snow pea characters. The acidity is elevated. There's a burn of sulfur and a slight sweetness that feels heavy, along with a sourness to the finish. Considering the affordability of Marlborough Sauvignon, you're better off getting the real deal.
