Restrained aromas of roasted sweet corn and citrus lead into mild flavors of sweet corn, citrus and melon. This plump, medium-bodied wine finishes fully dry and a bit chalky in texture, and as good as it is, one wonders what if the grapes had gotten just a bit riper.
